DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS POLICY:

For some events a 50% deposit of the prime person’s makeup / hair price is required.

Deposit can be made in cash, check or money order no later than 7 days after the trial application/ signed contract. We also accept credit cards over the phone and PayPal (2.5% service charge). Your deposit will be deducted at the time of final payment. If you fail to pay deposit, your appointment may be canceled.

All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days from your payment. No exceptions!

Remaining balance MUST be ready in cash and handed to the Key Makeup Artist in an envelope before any job is performed at the day of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit fee is non-refundable after 7 days from your payment! No exceptions!

If you want to cancel and reschedule your appointment, it is not a problem as long as we have an open date for you. You have to reschedule at least 14 days before your event. If you fail to call early enough and/or we are not available on your desired day and if it is already 7 days after you made your payment, deposit remains non-refundable! No Exceptions!

TRAVEL CHARGE POLICY:

In studio appointments – no travel fees (Studio is located in Lynbrook, NY and due to a nature of this business is open by appointment only)

Travel Fees, if any, are included in your proposed price.
